How long does shipping take for a complete bike?
Most complete bikes are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location in the continental US.
Do Sunday bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Sizing depends on rider height and preferred riding style. Generally, riders 5'0"-5'6" fit a 20"-20.5" top tube, while riders over 6' prefer a 21" top tube or larger. Check our detailed size guide on each product page.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and forks?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all aftermarket 41-Thermal processed products, and a one-year warranty on complete bike frames and components.
