At Sunday Bikes, we want you to be fully stoked on your new ride. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the uninstalled components or bike in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent shipping damage.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the carton, removing any old tracking stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
